Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Routina Daily app ("app," "service," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

Use of the Service

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in our app, except as permitted by the app's normal functionality.

User Content

Our service may allow you to input and store content, such as habit data, notes, and preferences ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating and providing our services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms of Service.

Purchases and Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

The Routina Daily app offers in-app purchases, including premium features available through subscription or one-time purchases:

• Subscriptions: We offer auto-renewing subscription options to access premium features. Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Lifetime Purchase: We offer a "lifetime" purchase option. The term "lifetime" refers specifically to the period during which the Routina Daily app remains available on the App Store or Google Play Store. If the app is removed from these platforms or if we cease operations, access to the purchased features may no longer be available.

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes your purchase data to provide subscription management services, including tracking subscription status and managing renewals.

Subscription Management

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.

Pricing and Changes

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time without notice.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to the respective platform's (App Store or Google Play) refund policy. We do not directly process refunds for in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Third-Party Services

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the service will function without interruption or errors. The use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Termination
