Welcome to NoteChat. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NoteChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

When using NoteChat, you agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover the source code of the application
• Not modify, adapt, or hack the application or modify any other website or app to falsely imply that it is associated with NoteChat
• Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Be solely responsible for the content created and stored using the application

3. Intellectual Property Rights

NoteChat and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The NoteChat name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ours or our licensors.

You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. Additionally, you may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any material from NoteChat without our consent.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain all rights to the content you create and store using NoteChat. We do not claim ownership over any of your notes or data. You are solely responsible for your notes and the consequences of storing, publishing, or sharing them.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

NoteChat may offer paid features or versions of the application, including a "lifetime" purchase option:

• Lifetime Purchase: A "lifetime" purchase grants you access to the paid features of NoteChat for as long as the application remains published and available on the app stores. The term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user.
• If NoteChat is removed from app stores or ceases to be maintained or supported, we reserve the right to discontinue services associated with lifetime purchases.
• Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Lifetime purchases are for individual use and cannot be transferred to another user.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NoteChat, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the application
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the application
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components that may be transmitted through the application
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the application

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoteChat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. App Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application, or any part of it, at any time with or without notice. We may also terminate your access to any part of our application at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
